The project involved negotiating on behalf of the tenant to purchase the property from the landlord (in receivership).
Cantwell Consulting set up the appropriate structures to facilitate the application of senior debt and private equity. We negotiated the terms of the finance, dealt with all property issues and security queries and managed the acquisition process from start to completion.

The project required assembling a number of properties and securing planning permission for a multi use building ; comprising a restaurant, coffee bar and 3000 sq m food retail store over 3 levels on 25/27 Upper Drumcondra Road.
Cantwell Consulting acquired the property, assembled the design team , developed the plans in consultation with Dublin City Council and the client and managed the application through Dublin City Council.
The property was sold with the benefit of full planning permission
