Invest in Property

Through our consultancy work we have developed a strong network with expertise in property acquisition and development. Cantwell Consulting arrange Private Funding for projects that meet strict return criteria. All projects are funded through the use of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV’s). Funds are secured by a charge over the property asset and the shares of the SPV.

Return horizons and yields are developed on a project by project basis. In each case the return in calculated on an annual yield and a profit share basis. We would like to stress that even though lending opportunities are secured against Irish based properties, your money is still at risk. Past performance of the market is not an indicator of future returns.

The project involved securing funding for the client to purchase a residential development site in Blessington Co Wicklow. Cantwell Consulting advised the client on the appropriate to introduce private equity. We negotiated the terms of the finance, dealt with the legal and taxation issues and managed the process to ensure the funds were available for closing.

The project involved negotiating with the landlord on behalf of the tenant to purchase the building.

Cantwell Consulting managed the legal and contract negotiations to deliver to the client the ownership of their principal trading premises We worked with a team to restructure the clients business to allow them demonstrate the businesses ability to meet the loan repayments and thus secure the funding to purchase the property.
